When you create an account on Delivr.ink, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash). When you use our service, we collect the files you upload, comments you leave, and metadata about your interactions with projects.
We also automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and device information to ensure service quality and security.

- To provide, maintain, and improve our service
- To process your uploads and deliver files to your clients
- To send you notifications about project activity
- To process subscription payments through our payment provider (Polar.sh)

3. File Storage and Security
Files you upload are stored in Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3 with encryption at rest. Video content is processed through Cloudflare Stream. We use signed URLs to ensure only authorized users can access your files.
We do not access, view, or analyze the content of your uploaded files except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., generating thumbnails or transcoding video).
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Delivr.ink:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — file storage (S3), email delivery (SES), and infrastructure hosting
- Cloudflare Stream — video transcoding and delivery
- Polar.sh — subscription billing and payment processing
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data and uploaded files for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and uploaded files within 30 days, except where we are required to retain data for legal or compliance purposes.

- Delete your account and associated data
- Object to processing of your data
