Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Delivr.ink (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Delivr.ink is a client portal for freelance designers. The Service allows you to upload files, share them with clients via a personalized portal, collect feedback, and manage approvals. We offer free (demo) and paid subscription plans.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment provider, Polar.sh. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

5. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all files, images, videos, and other content you upload to the Service (“Your Content”). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and deliver Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You must not upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, is illegal, or violates any applicable laws.

6. Client Access

When you add a client to a project, they will receive access to the project portal via their email address. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share content with the clients you invite.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious files or content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Use the Service to store or distribute content unrelated to design deliverables

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delivr.ink and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
